I'm not going to lie, I was quite nervous about coming in for this appointment, regarding a bladder issue. I have always been relatively healthy and it just made me a little bit concerned. But I must say that Dr. Stratford and everyone in the office with whom I had contact made the experience comfortable, informed, and natural. I appreciated the way Dr. Stratford spoke to me, explained procedures, made eye contact, had options, and after the exam, spoke with me in his office rather than just giving information in the exam room. His resident, Dr. Garcia, was also amazing and I really appreciated er bedside manner and her ability to interpret what I was trying to say and then give me feedback. She communicated well and helped me feel comfortable. I Also appreciated being able to put my information in the portal beforehand and also that they were willing to accept my list that I had typed out with surgical procedures and so forth from my past. Afterward, whenever I needed to get instructions about some at home procedures, I was given great instructions and an opportunity to ask questions for clarification. I especially appreciate Liz and Rachel for being so professional and personable.

I just had my initial visit with the doctor. She was super kind and explained every thing she was doing to do. After exam we went to her office and she gave me different options to consider. I’m extremely happy how my first visit went.

Dr. Stratford is always very caring and listens to your problems you are having. I would recommend him to anyone with female problems. He was highly recomended by my family Doctor and so glad i have him.

Dr. Kantartzis was absolutely welcoming and explained everything in great detail. I’ve never had such a pleasant experience with any doctor in the past. I highly recommend her to any woman who is looking to get her quality of life back!!

All staff. Front desk. Back office staff well kind. Cautious and informative regarding restrooms and navigating the corridors
