About Jennifer Schwartz, DNP, WHNP-BC

Jennifer is an Arizona native, born and raised in Scottsdale, Arizona. She has always known she wanted to work in healthcare and help improve the quality of  life of patients. Her schooling started at Northern Arizona University where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Science. After graduation from Northern Arizona University, she soon attended Grand Canyon University and received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing. During her time at Grand Canyon University, she discovered her passion for women’s health. With her nursing degree, she worked for three and a half years at a hospital in Phoenix, Arizona in a Labor and Delivery and a high-risk antepartum unit. She knew she wanted to continue her education to become a Nurse Practitioner and to specialize in women’s health, so in August 2018 she began graduate school at Arizona State University to obtain her doctorate degree. In May 2021, she received her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree as a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner and became certified with the National Certification Corporation.

Starting in August 2021, she joined The Woman’s Center as she has a passion to help improve the quality of life of women with pelvic floor disorders as she understands the impact it has on day-to-day life. She is committed to providing excellent care by working alongside Dr. Stratford and Dr. Kantartzis, both board-certified specialists in the field, and the other providers in the office.

When not in the office, she enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and her two cats. She also enjoys traveling and going to Disneyland.
